Six people, ranging in age from 16 to 23, have been arrested by the police, following two drugs finds in Msida and Zurrieq.
In the first case, five youths were arrested after a raid near the Junior College in Msida. In a statement, the police said that the ages of the five youths range from 16 to 20, and it is expected that two of them will be arraigned in the next few days.
The sixth person to be arrested was a 23-year-old man from Mqabba, who was found preparing to sell drugs in Zurrieq.
A subsequent search revealed drugs in his car and his home, together with a considerable amount of cash.
