HSBC’s global call centre in Swatar had a royal visitor this week – the king of Swaziland, Mswati III, on Thursday paid a courtesy visit on the suggestion of Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi, to see how the offshore operation in Malta services HSBC in the UK.

The King, who was on a four-day private visit, was accompanied by his Foreign Minister, Moses Dlamini, and an eight-member delegation.

They were welcomed by HSBC Global Call Centre director Richard Brown, manager Tracy Bleser and operations and human resources manager Bernard Attard.
