Archbishop Mgr Paul Cremona OP yesterday co-celebrated Holy Mass at the Old Parish Church of Santa Venera. Service users, the Chairperson, members of the board of trustees, the management and staff members of Richmond Foundation together with volunteers participated in this Eucharistic celebration.
During his homily, Mgr Cremona stated that “any work in favour of vulnerable groups, such as that carried out by the Richmond Foundation is not only valuable but it is also noble. This is especially true because it is so similar to the mission of Jesus Christ.”
After the Mass, the Archbishop visited and blessed the foundation’s head office where he met the staff, personnel and service users of the foundation. Also present for this visit was the speaker Dr Louis Galea who had given valuable support when Richmond Foundation was founded.
