A man who was evicted by the Housing Authority from his home in Cospicua threatened to sue authority’s chairman.

In a judicial letter signed by Dr Anglu Farrugia, Mario Fabri, 43, held that he was evicted from his abode without being granted the right of a fair hearing.

Mr Fabri said he explained that he was lawfully occupying the house in several judicial letters he sent to the authority.
