Some Children have few tomorrows

‘Beyond the Moon’ is an international non-profit charitable association that offers children suffering from a life-threatening disease, and their families, the opportunity to spend valuable quality time together and to enjoy a memorable, cost-free and carefree holiday – it could well be their last real holiday. The association organises fund-raising events to collect money to send these children and their families on holiday wherever they want to go.

On Friday 17 October the Corinthia Palace Hotel will be presenting “Vissi d’Arte”, a lyrical concert in aid of Beyond the Moon.

Various renowned Italian artists will sing well-known excerpts from Tosca, Turandot, Boheme, Rigoletto and La Traviata.

After the concert there will be a gala dinner at Villa Corinthia.

With the funds raised from this and similar initiatives, the hotel management and staff will nominate their third and possibly fourth Maltese child suffering from a life-threatening disease to enjoy a completely cost-free and carefree holiday in a child-friendly holiday destination, far away from hospitals and daily treatments.

The price for the concert is e40 per person and a special price of e35 per person for the gala dinner. Patrons wishing to attend both events pay e70.

Bookings are open and can be made on 2544 1401 or 9945 7171
