The Board of Directors of Simonds Farsons Cisk has approved the appointment of Antoinette Caruana as Group Human Resources Manager of the Farsons Group of Companies, as from 2 February.

Ms Caruana will be a member of the Farsons Group Executive Board chaired by the Group Chief Executive Louis A. Farrugia.

Ms Caruana has accumulated substantial work experience in human resource management through positions held in two local leading industrial players, Playmobil Malta Ltd and Lufthansa Technik Malta.

She was also Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Malta for four years.

Her outside work interests include involvement in the Foundation for Human Resources Development and the Malta Employers Association.

She is currently a director of the Central Bank of Malta.
