The proprietor of Gianpula, a discotheque in the limits of Rabat filed an urgent request at the First Hall of the Civil Court to operate till 4am on Saturday, 15 August, a public holiday. Roger De Giorgio, proprietor of Gianpula filed the request after he was granted a permit by the police Commissioner to operate till 2am on Santa Maria.

Mr De Giorgio, represented by lawyers Ian Refalo, Sarah Grima and John Refalo, has requested that the courts consider his call immediately so as not to lose business opportunity.
