Spring Hunting banned

This bird of prey would certainly be happy if it new of the newly announced spring ban on hunting. “Even though nowadays most hunters collaborate, in the past I have had a bird shot at and blinded”, says this Fridericus Rex Malta Falconers member. The bird was taken out for exercise, allowing it to enjoy the updrafts of strong wind along the blue grotto cliffs on Wednesday morning. It came back to perch on it’s owner outstretched hand. As he lightly touched the bag on his shoulder, which contained meat, the magnificent bird saw feeding time approaching.
