The government of Malta and the government of the States of Jersey have signed an agreement for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to tax on income.

Joseph Zammit Tabona, High Commissioner of Malta in the UK, signed on behalf of Malta and the Chief Minister of the States of Jersey, Senator Terry Le Sueur signed on behalf of Jersey. The signing ceremony took place at the Malta High Commission in London.
