The Elmo Insurance football team are this year’s winners of the annual five-a-side league for Malta based insurance companies.

This year’s competition was played over one round at the St Martin’s College and was contested by eight teams. Elmo Insurance secured the league title with two matches to spare after gaining maximum points from their previous matches.

The Insurance Cup has just started and will also be played at the St. Martin’s College in Swatar. It will be divided on group stages and those placing in the top two in each group will contest the semi- finals and eventually the finals.
