Health minister Joe Cassar, replying to Censu Galea (PN) listed the medicines that have been removed from the market this year.

They were: Worthington Medical Oxygen cylinders, Cisplatine Mylan (infusion) , Fucidin (infusion), Citanest, Salofalk, Reductil, Avandia, Avadamet, Avaglim, and Octagam. Except for the first product, which is manufactured locally, all the others are products made in the EU.
