This weekend is a break from the BOV Premier League but surely not a break from football and nonetheless not a break from the Sunday sports show on TVM – Kontrattakk.

All the eight matches from the fourth round of the U*Bet FA Trophy will be discussed.

The discussion will be complemented with interviews and footage from all the stadia used for the eight matches.

Micallef will also give an overview of yesterday’s Sport Malta Awards – L-Għażliet Sportivi Nazzjonali organised by the Kunsill Malti għall-Isport and the Għaqda Ġurnalisti Sports.

Italy’s Serie A will be the main topic on today’s L-Argument on One TV.  Distinguished guests include Joe Pellegrini, whose heart beats for Juventus, John Zammit, whose favourite colours are black and blue and Dr David Farrugia Sacco, who is an avid fan of Milan as well as resident guest Antvin Monseigneur. 

The FA trophy matches will also be featuring prominently during the programme. The programme also includes a special feature that will take viewers back into the golden years of Naxxar Lions. It includes interviews with protagonists of the era. 

Net TV’s programme Replay will focus on a special feature concerning the financial position of the local football clubs. To deal with this matter, there will be the MFA treasurer Antoine Portelli as special guest of programme presenter Chritian Micallef. He will tackle diverse aspects and pinpoint his vision for a better financial structure. 

The programme will also include an analysis of the eight FA Trophy matches played at the weekend.
