First Division side Vittoriosa Stars have announced the appointment of Oliver Spiteri as their new head coach.

Spiteri, formerly at Premier League side Mosta till the end of the first round, will be leading the side for the first time next Saturday in the league match against Luxol St Andrew’s. He will be assisted in his new job by assistant Stefano Grima, who is also the Youths’ team coach.

The club thanked former coach Joe Brincat for the services rendered.
