Luxol SC And Valencia CF launch Next Generation soccer camp

The Luxol Sports Club will be hosting the inaugural Next Generation VCF Soccer Camp at its sports complex from today till Tuesday.

A total of 120 Luxol Club Nursery boys and girls have snapped up the opportunity to take part in this camp which will provide them with the opportunity to experience the unique Spanish style of football. This will be the first time that club youngsters will have the opportunity to be coached by one of Spain’s top clubs on home soil.

The success of Valencia’s training methods is shown by its outstanding record of 12 Spanish league and club titles.

The Valencia Club de Futbol will be sending over a high profile team of experienced Academy coaches from Spain, who are all specialists in sports formation. Having coached some bright prospects through the Valencia Academies these coaches are held in high regard throughout Spain and Europe.

Players such a Silva, Albiol, Vicente, Albeda and Mendieta are just a few names to have come through the Valencia CF system and gone on to prove their ability on the European and world stage.

The Valencia team will include the Athletic Director of the Foundation VCF, Carlos de Lera , Toni Hernandez, Javi Cabello, Manuel Diaz and Toni Navarro.

The Luxol Nursery youngsters can look forward to a feast of Spanish style football, developing their soccer skills and learning new ones.

The three day camp will be based on technical and tactical work which will be applied in game situations and will include techniques, skills, phases of play and small sided games.

Groups of 15 youngsters will work together throughout the camp with a dedicated Valencia CF coach, with an objective to improve their individual style and skill, but most importantly to learn how to work and play as a team. Players are assigned to small groups to get the best one on one approach with the coaches.
