A 15-year-old boy suffered serious injuries when he fell from a height of three metres yesterday morning in Għajnsielem, police said.

The boy, a Xagħra resident, was visiting his father who was working at a site in Triq Borġ Għarib.

He was taken to Gozo General Hospital, where he was certified to have sustained fractures. His condition is not critical.

The police are investigating the case.
