The board of directors of Middlesea Insurance has announced that Allcare Insurance Agency has ceased to act as an agent for Middlesea Insurance with effect from 1 February and that the agency agreement has been terminated by mutual agreement.

This entails that Allcare Insurance Agency will no longer write business on behalf of Middlesea Insurance.

Middlesea Insurance would like to assure all policyholders that their rights shall not be affected in any way by the termination of the agency agreement.

Prior to the expiration of the existing policy, all policyholders will be receiving a renewal offer from Middlesea Insurance and the policyholders will be free to choose whether they would like to renew their policy with Middlesea Insurance or with another insurance company.
