No questions should remain unasked by those attending the forthcoming 4th Annual Business Leaders Conference this coming 22nd February as Smart Technologies, one of the sponsors of this event, will be setting up a system of communication between audience and panel.

“It is a reality that not everyone has the confidence to stand up in front of a whole audience and ask a question or make an observation. This conference will include a number of discussion panels and we want to make sure that everyone can have his or her say. Therefore, sponsors of this conference, our active input will be that of setting up a system whereby people in the audience who might feel uncomfortable speaking in public, will be able to do so by putting forward their question or their comment using their tablet. Like that, no one will feel left out,” explains Joe Aquilina, CEO of Smart Technologies Ltd.

The system will be set up using Microsoft messaging tools, namely Skype on Windows 8 platform via wi-fi. By posting comments on the tablets that will be distributed to delegates during the conference, attendees can post their comments to the speakers and interact with the panel making the discussion more open and interactive.

“Tablets are pretty much in the limelight these days but at the 4th Annual Business Leaders Conference they should defnitely be protagonists in making this event not only a successful one but also a more inclusive one for all those will be attending,” concluded Mr Aquilina.
