LEAD Events announced a comprehensive suite of training services at a Branch Out event last month with the theme ‘The evolving role of the HR professional’.

LEAD Training Services is committed to its slogan: ‘We develop people into Leaders’ thanks to its portfolio of over a hundred bespoke training programmes.

According to James Grech, managing director of LEAD Training Services: “Given our experience in organising professional conferences and technical workshops, we have a vast pool of speakers who can service this new product range.

“We are not only offering training opportunities but, in partnership with Equinox Advisory, we can advise clients on funding opportunities for the training as and when these opportunities arise, apart from training needs analysis consulting.”

LEAD Training Services have also teamed up with Omnicor, an international organisational development company, to offer a Managed Leader Development Programme, a proven way to grow high potential leaders. Through their bespoke programme, organisational change is combined with unique business needs, group coaching and the science of how behaviour can be changed positively and permanently.
