Leading, professional skin care line, Ericson Laboratoire is now available in Malta. With over 600 Therapeutic Beauty Centres spread over 70 countries worldwide Ericson Laboratoire Cosmetic line was officially launched in Malta on 4 February, with a full day seminar for beauty therapists led by Ericson Laboratoire professional trainer Fabien Prudent.

The brand, first launched in Paris and highly acclaimed by the Paris Jet Set, was created by Professor Ericson, a distinguished biologist who dedicated his life to medicine and research, and specialised in ageing problems and the surgery and the repair of burned skin tissue.

Based on a concern for fast-acting effectiveness, Ericson Laboratoire’s “non-surgical” beauty concept is intended for women who are seeking a genuine skin care method that gives visible and long-lasting results, without recourse to a medical procedure of any kind

The brand prides itself on their scientific, innovative, highly performing cosmetics. “Developed by scientists, the active ingredients we use are all very high tech,” explained Ms Prudent. “The active ingredients used are of marine, phytobiological or bio-technological origin. Our 15 Facial Lines cater to all skin types. We deal with all skin problems: energy deficiency, wrinkles and minor scars, pigmentation spots, overactive seborrhoea, diffuse red blotches. The results achieved are quite obvious and highly satisfactory.”

The facial line that includes a fresh caviar treatment and a “Botu-Vip” treatment that replaces the need for injecting botox with the use of a molecule that mimics the action of Viper venom, are among the incredible treatments now being brought to Malta. These products and treatments will be provided exclusively by trained, professional beauty therapists.

Ericson Laboratoire maintain a “no training no practice” policy worldwide and therefore no beauty therapists are allowed to perform treatments or distribute retail products without professional training. Ms Prudent remained in Malta the entire week to provide training to the therapists interested to take on the brand. Two local therapists have also been trained in Paris and will be able to provide training to other therapists going forward.

“The response of the Maltese beauty therapists has been positive and I have been extremely pleased with their active participation in the training sessions. Ericson Laboratoire has earned its position as a leading brand internationally, I am looking forward for it to gain its place on the Maltese market,” said Ms Prudent.
