Frederick Testa, who had appeared on one of the Labour Party pre-election billboards, has been employed on a contract for service basis for specific projects connected with the Public Broadcasting Services.
Home Affairs and National Security Minister Manuel Mallia told Parliament that Mr Testa is not employed with PBS but has been recruited on a contract for service basis for 12 months.
He is being paid €2,350 per month for the job, he said in reply to a parliamentary question submitted by Nationalist MP Ryan Callus.
