Raymond Bugeja, who unsuccessfully contested the PN leadership has been appointed as head of the commission tasked to look into the party’s finances as well as its commercial entities.The other members are former finance minister Tonio Fenech, MP Claudio Grech, Lawrence Zammit, Chris Scicluna and Mark Portelli.

In a statement the PN said that the commission has already held its first meeting in the afternoon. Whilst thanking all commission members for accepting his offer, PN leader Simon Busuttil said he is looking forward for the commission to address the party’s financial woes in the shortest time possible.
