Hilton Malta received a Marque of Excellence Award 2012 from Thomas Cook

Thomas Cook is proud to announce they rewarded the hotel Hilton Malta with a Marquee of Excellence Award for their outstanding client service during the summer of 2012. Congratulations are due to Hilton Malta’s accomplished team including concierge, reception, housekeeping attendants, chefs, waiters and management whose services were lauded as “Good” and “Excellent” from all reviewing customers.
In order to maintain their high quality standards, Thomas Cook monitors client feedback from over 3 million holiday makers each year. This is to ensure that both their partners and they are offering the best services possible. At the end of their holiday the participants compile a questionnaire about all aspects of their vacation including flights, resort services, food and facilities. Feedback that exceeds the customer’s expectations as in the case of Hilton Malta is prized with a Marque of Excellence Award.
