Master in Access to Education: Inclusive schools and communities

Malta Independent Thursday, 22 August 2013, 11:41 Last update: about 11 years ago

Psychology (Hons) graduates, speech and language pathologists, occupational therapists, social workers, physiotherapists and teachers holding an honours degree (second class) and working in the area of disability and or mental health problems may be interested in joining the University of Malta course leading to a Master in Access to Education: Inclusive schools and communities.

This course is opening once again in October, this time as a stream of the Master in Access to education: Inclusive schools and communities.

The first master programme received an excellent review from external examiner Prof. Roger Slee. It was further improved upon after taking the external examiner's and students’ feedback on board. The new course’s foreign reviewer also highlighted the originality of the course.

The strong point of the course is its transdisciplinarity. For this reason, professionals working in the area of disability and mental health problems are being encouraged to join the course and further their professional development and employability.

For further information and course outline send an email to: [email protected] (stream coordinator).
