Nestlé Malta Ltd together with Maggi recently hosted a live cooking session at the Domestica kitchen showroom in Msida. The cooking session was open to the 15 winners of the Maggi Facebook competition.

Using an array of Maggi products together with his creative touch, expert chef Manuel Xuereb produced a variety of mouth-watering dishes, which the participants savoured. During the two-hour food session, chef Manuel who has now become synonymous with the Maggi brand, created a selection of delicious recipes including Chilli chicken stuffed with roasted peppers and mozzarella, herb and garlic chicken coujons, a sizzling steak stir-fry and chilled roasted tomato, red pepper and basil soup.

Chef Manuel explained that the Maggi products are extremely versatile and easy to use and can give that extra appetising touch to that family dinner or meal with friends. Through the use of the Maggi products, seasoning your chicken or favourite dish becomes so much easier and hassle-free that one can prepare a succulent meal in no time.
