The Board of Directors of the Gasan Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Gasan as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Joseph Gasan who will continue as the Executive Chairman of the Group and as Chairman of the Boards of Directors of the various Group companies.

Mark brings vast experience to the table, following years of involvement in the property and engineering divisions, fully owned divisions of the Gasan Group. In 2012 he was appointed as a director ofGasan Group Ltd., the Group’s Holding Company, which ensured his involvement in all of the Group’s operations and investments. Mark has a fully rounded and extensive understanding of the Group’s entire portfolio.  He has also been instrumental in consolidating the Groups’ core businesses and restructuringits dynamics. Mark will continue to lead the operational side of the organization whilst, together with the Executive Chairman,he will continue to work closely on key strategic and operational issues and on securing, in the interests of all stakeholders, the ongoing development, financial success and continued well-being of the Group.
