The Labour Party is being secretive on its campaign for the European Parliament elections, not giving information on its activities until a few hours before they are due to be held.

While the Nationalist Party is publishing its planned events a week in advance, as adverts in the party’s newspaper show, the Labour Party prefers to keep its plans close to its chest.

No advert is appearing in the General Workers Union media – an ally of the PL – as used to happen in the past.

This media house has contacted the Labour Party to ask for a list of its activities – to be able to plan our schedule better – but the PL has not been forthcoming.

We have also tried to contact the Office of the Prime Minister – although, strictly, speaking, there should be a separation of roles between the OPM and the PL – but, again, no list has been provided.
