In their message tied to the upcoming EP elections, the Bishops said today that they believe that the progress of human beings and society will be secured only if fundamental principles are safeguarded, principles that we cannot play around with.
Outlining the principles, the Bishops said that a family should be built by a man and a woman, the right to life should be safeguarded, the environment respected and that society continues to assist migrants through humanitarian aid.
The bishops reminded the public that "it is our duty to vote in the upcoming elections for a Europe whose interest will be that of human beings".
