Artists and designers from all across Malta will be showcasing their creations at Marsascala’s Ta’ Monita Spring Fair, taking place on Sunday, 25 May, at the new Ta’ Monita Piazza and Gardens.

The piazza’s unique setting at the heart of Marsascala will serve as a landscape for this colourful outdoor event which will see, among others, more than 50 craft artists showcasing their creations, ranging from ceramics, woodturning, jewellery, gadgets for kids, home ornaments, local sweets, wines and delicacies. An international food parlour will also be hosted, offering a taste of Middle Eastern, Asian, German as well as Maltese cuisine.

Ta’ Monita Piazza is one of the latest embellishment projects taken up by the Tumas Group of Companies, along with the adjacent Ta’ Monita Residences. Open to the general public, the Piazza is located just off the Marsascala promenade and offers a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday routine.

As well as supporting local arts and creative industries, on the day, Frank Salt Real Estate will also be holding an open house at the neighbouring Ta’ Monita Residences, a prime residential address in Marsascala. A number of apartments will also be open for viewing. One will also be able to benefit from great offers, including free home insurance and more than €900 in cash vouchers for first-time buyers, as well as dedicated giveaways for second-time buyers.

The event is being organised by Frank Salt Real Estate, in collaboration with Piscopo Gardens, Nescafe Dolce Gusto, Fino and Ta’ Monita Residences. Piscopo Gardens will be displaying an extensive selection of local flower and plants, while Fino will be showcasing pieces from their latest outdoor furniture collection.

On 25 May, Ta’ Monita Spring Fair will be open throughout the whole day, from 10am until 8pm. Entrance is free. The Ta Monita Piazza is set just in front of the Marsascala Police Station, next to the Parish church, just off the promenade.
