A 17-year-old girl who resides in San gwann is in danger of dying after she was hit by a car in Qawra Road, St Paul’s Bay, this afternoon.

The police said that the teenager was hit by a Volvo driven by a 34-year-old of Zabbar at 2pm.

She was taken to Mater Dei Hospital where she was found to be in critical condition.

Magistrate Doreen Clarke ordered an inquiry.
