A man today found an unusual way to air his grievances against the Malta Environment and Planning Authority by affixing posters to his car and parking it close to the Prime Minister’s office in Valletta.

The unidentified man patiently rested against his car parked on the side of the roundabout at Castille Square, where he stayed for a few minutes until he was asked to leave by the police.

It is not known what his personal grievances against Mepa are, but the posters indicated that he has not been treated well.

“Mepa does not treat everyone in the same way,” one of the posters says. The other is a phrase that has been used several times ever since Konrad Mizzi used it against then Minister Tonio Fenech on TV – this time it’s “Shame on you Mepa”.
