A judicial protest has been filed against the directors of Maltese Cross Financial Services Ltd.
The 14 investors are demanding a return of their capital with interest following news of the firm’s investigation by the Malta Financial Services Authority.
Reports read that the firm’s operations have been suspended, however the investors claimed that nothing had been heard since the company’s suspension.
The total amount invested stood at over €1 million.
Media reports last Sunday read that the MFSA is investigating the disappearence of millions of euros invested in the firm.
