Minister Michael Farrugia probably rues the time when he took to Facebook to announce his latest ministerial initiative.

On Friday, together with fellow minister Evarist Bartolo he announced a campaign led by Elanguest to teach English to asylum seekers who are in Malta.

Instead of praise for this initiative, the minister got wall-to-wall attacks by people who seem to have been Labour supporters.
