Brooks Brothers, America's oldest apparel brand, today announced the opening of its newest retail location in La Valletta, Malta. This location becomes the 54th Brooks Brothers store to open in Europe.

Brooks Brothers enters the Maltese market in partnership with SMG-Mode Ltd, a subsidiary of HalMann Vella Group PLC, founded by Vincent Vella.

At 160 square meters, on the three floors of a beautiful restored building in Malta, the new store located next to the well-known Cordina coffee shop, takes inspiration from the brand's nearly 100 year old flagship store located at 346 Madison Avenue in New York City. The store will showcase the Spring-Summer 2014 men's and women's collection and the newly launched Red Fleece label, a youthful expression of the company's familiar classics. Furniture and furnishings in light cherry and oak floors, elegant and stylish ambience a truly unique shopping environment in keeping with Brooks Brothers' heritage.
