Dhalia Real Estate services will continue to strengthen its presence in Gozo with the opening of its second office in Triq ir-Repubblika, forming part of The Duke shopping Mall in Rabat.

The office is being managed by Dhalia's Chairman and CEO, Chris Grech together with three consultants whowill be offering all real estate services including commercial, sales and letting services.

There is a significant increase in the demand for property in Gozo and this is why it was deemed appropriate to open a second office on the sister island.

"This new office will increase our presence in Gozo and will also cater to the growing demand for property not only by Maltese and the Gozitan community, but also foreigners who are eager to live on a tranquil island in the middle of the Mediterranean" Chris Grech explained.

This second branch reflects Dhalia's continued commitment to the property market in Gozo, which has experienced consistent growth in every real estate segment.

The Dhalia offices in Gozo are open from Monday to Friday from 9am till 6pm and Saturdays from 9am  till 1pm.
