Dhalia Real Estate services has recently appointed David Dingli as their new HR executive. Mr Dingli, a management consultant by profession, specialises on strategic development, human resources management and operations management and has delivered lectures and corporate training to over 5000 managers in 30 different countries.

Mr Dingli has been responsible for Dhalia's internal training since 2013 and will now be responsible for the human resources department including recruitment, orientation, induction and appraisal of all personnel.

Chairman of Dhalia Chris Grech is confident that Mr Dingli's involvement in the company will be very beneficial. "Dhalia is rapidly growing and we are certain that the appointment of David as head of our HR department would strengthen our company even further, ensuring that our newcomers feel welcome and that they are trained sufficiently," he explained.

Mr Dingli is eager to contribute and aims to ensure that Dhalia is perceived to be the "Employer of Choice" in the Real Estate Industry.
