Elmo Insurance Ltd recently held a Christmas party for the elderly residents of Little Sisters of the Poor in Hamrun.

A total of 70 residents were treated to a programme organized by the staff of Elmo which included lunch, Christmas carols, bingo and live performances from various local singers. All the residents and helpers were given a Christmas gift and other gifts were also given away throughout the bingo.

Commenting on the objective of hosting this party, William Harding, company chairman said, "Our proactive approach to Social Responsibility encompasses many factors, not just company contributions to our chosen charities but also other charitable activities throughout the year.  Our employees are fully committed to fundraising at company social events and by volunteering their time to give back to the community and to those who are less fortunate"
