The Grassy Hopper team are this Friday celebrating the official opening of their third outlet in just over a year, a Café space in St. George's Street, Gzira which opens daily from 8am till 4pm as well as Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday lunch.

The idea is simple, "We believe that the food we eat is one of the foundations of how happy and fulfilling our lives can be. If we eat foods full of nutrients, energy and cleansing properties, the level of passion and commitment we can bring to our lives will increase accordingly."

The team aim to reduce the barriers to healthy eating by making it tasty and affordable. Why should the experience of eating a healthy meal be any different from any other enjoyable dining experience? The only difference should be in the after effect - leaving you ready to get on with your day will full energy and power.

The transition to a fixed location with seating has allowed the team to expand their menu and services, with many new items planned for launch in the upcoming months. The Café itself was designed from scratch and gives you a real feel for the character of the business.

The official opening on Friday will also mark the beginning of an extension to their opening hours to add weekend lunches and also dinner on Friday and Saturday evening.
