The Malta Financial Services Authority has become aware of an entity operating under the name of Zenith Funds Ltd. which is known to have an internet presence at http://www.zenithfunds.com/. 

This entity purports to be a private investment company registered in Malta with a P.O. Box and physical address in Malta and claims to offer investment opportunities and other financial services. 

The MFSA wishes to alert the public, in Malta and abroad, that Zenith Funds Ltd. is NOT a company registered in Malta NOR is it an entity licensed or otherwise authorised by the MFSA to provide any type of investment or financial service. 

The website http://www.zenithfunds.com/ contains false and misleading information, including the illegitimate use of an address in Malta which belongs to another unrelated company and the use of a non-existent PO Box address. 

Accordingly, the MFSA warns the public against entering into any transactions or otherwise dealing with Zenith Funds Ltd. 

The MFSA would like to remind consumers of financial services not to enter into any financial services transaction unless they have ascertained that the entity with whom the transaction is being made is authorised to provide such services by the MFSA or another reputable financial services regulator. A list of entities licensed by the MFSA is available from the MFSA and can be viewed on the official website of the MFSA at http://www.mfsa.com.mt/pages/licenceholders.aspx.
