Melita is offering free viewing of three most successful entertainment TV channels to all melita digital and HD TV customers: Diva Universal, TLC and AMC. The channels are available on all subscription tiers from 5th March until 4th May and thereafter different channels will be added for periodic free viewing until September 2015.
During the free viewing period, each station will have a special channel number: Diva Universal (Channel 750), TLC (Channel 751) and AMC (Channel 752).
The free viewing period is part of Melita's commitment to offer a goodwill gesture to all its customers for their loyalty to the Company. As announced last October, Melita's contact centre experienced higher than usual incoming call traffic volume following a system upgrade which caused certain administrative processes to take longer than usual.
Service levels have since improved considerably with more than 80% of calls received throughout February being answered in less than 60 seconds. Similarly the average waiting time throughout the same month was of less than 30 seconds. Melita continues to work very closely and on a 24/7 basis with its IT suppliers to consistently deliver the expected service levels and further empowering customers.
Apart from the free viewing Melita is offering free access to a number of services until September 2015 including melitaWIFI, melita TV Everywhere and melitaWIFI Travel.
The web contact form accessible online via www.melita.com/contactus has proved to be very successful with customers and the vast majority of emails are answered within less than 48 hours, with higher priority given to technical issues. Over the past weeks Melita also launched a free MyMelita App for Smartphones which includes access to information such as; monitoring usage for mobile data, SMS and call bundles, top-up credit for prepaid mobile numbers, viewing and settlement of bills, and much more.
