An Italian man has been arrested after he raped his son, filmed the horrendous act and posted it on the internet, Italian media report.

The 44-year-old man from Naples raped his 11-year-old son several times over a year, and proposed “selling him” to paedophiles on the internet, TGcom and Il Mattino report.

The man’s wife had not realised what had taken place and collapsed when the police informed her. The boy had not spoken up to protect his father, the Italian media report.
