Food lovers are always looking for exciting and innovative ways to enjoy the dishes and flavours they love. Now, the latest initiative from the award-winning kitchen brigade at the Corinthia Palace Hotel & Spa will put a completely different spin on Sundays.

The Caprice Lounge and Terrace is now serving a delicious and delightful East meets West brunch from 11am. This brunch combines the best of what the hotel has to offer - a delicious menu, fabulous Oriental expertise, excellent service and a delightful space to sit and relax.

"We will be serving brunch favourites from both the East and the West," says the hotel's executive chef, Stefan Hogan. "We're introducing the popular Eastern concept of the 'dim sum brunch' - which is absolutely huge in Asia and a very loved Sunday tradition.

"That will give our guests the chance to sample something a little different if they want to. However, we're also going to be serving up brunch favourites like eggs benedict and croissants - that way everyone is happy and Sunday can really get off to a great start!"

The Caprice will be the perfect place for friends and family to relax on a Sunday - with a selection of local and international papers and magazines for them to enjoy, as well as live entertainment.

Moreover, the Rickshaw Restaurant, which was recently named Malta's Best Oriental Restaurant for 2015 by the Definitive(ly) Good Guide, will also be open for Sunday lunch.

"This is something that our guests have asked us for again and again, and we are now thrilled to have made it happen. Our full à la carte menu will be available, including our long-time favourites and our recently introduced clay pot dishes.

"So, whether you make it to brunch, or if you would rather have a lie in and join us for lunch, we look forward to welcoming you to Sundays at the Caprice and Rickshaw," concludes Mr Hogan with a smile.
