Speaker Anglu Farrugia this evening said today is the last parliamentary session at the palace, as the next session will be held at the new parliamentary building.

He admitted that there are more works to be carried out, and web streaming systems still need to be implemented.

He said that the speaker’s office is closely monitoring the migration.

The opening ceremony will take place on 4 May, and members of parliament will hold a parliamentary session on the same day.
