The Nationalist Party said that the will of the people as expressed in the referendum should be respected.

The people have voted to retain spring hunting, and the PN will be respecting the people’s decision. It is everyone’s duty, particularly the government’s, to see that the people’s will is respected.

The PN hoped that the maturity shown by the two camps will remain now that the result is out.
