There have been 28 race discrimination cases in the workplace since 2010, according to information tabled in Parliament by Equal Opportunities Ministry Helena Dalli.

Three of the cases were in 2010, 11 in 2011, two in 2012, three in 2013, nine in 2014 and none in 2015.

There was one case about sex discrimination in 2010, and two cases about discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation in 2010 and 2011 respectively.
