A 28-year-old man today denied holding-up a betting shop in his home-town of Cospicua on 11 February 2015.

Marflene Cricchiola – a gym instructor - was charged with armed robbery and stealing €6,400 from a betting shop, as well as relapsing.

Magistrate Anthonio Micallef Trigona granted Cricchiola bail against a personal guarantee of €10,000 and on the condition that he signs at his local police station three times a week.
