Nationalist MP Paula Mifsud Bonnici is seeking a confirmation as president of the party’s general council.
Today she submitted her nomination for the post.
Dr Mifsud Bonnici has been president of the general council for the last six years.
Nominations close on Friday and so far she is uncontested.
In previous elections, she was contested by Ian Castaldi Paris, who has now joined the Labour Party, and Louis Bonnici.
