A 32-year old woman was conditionally discharged for 30 months after admitting to sharing drugs with her friends at a party held five years ago.
Charlene Connie Micallef, from Xghajra, was accused of trafficking amphetamines and being in possession of the same drug as well as simple possession of cocaine.
The court heard how the woman was found to be carrying three sachets of amphetamine to share with her friends at a party held at the Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre (MFCC) on 30 March 2010. Magistrate Natasha Galea Sciberras conditionally discharged her for 30 months.
Lawyers Franco Debono, Angie Muscat and Amadeus Cachia appeared for Ms Micallef. Inspector Pierre Grech prosecuted.
