A straw poll carried out by The Malta Independent in Marsascala shows support for the University development in the south of Malta.

A number of residents from the area expressed their support for the project, though one man – a hunter – said alternative sites should be considered.

Another man, clearly a fan of Prime Minister Joseph Muscat, said that “Joseph is curing the country of all ills left behind by the Nationalists.” He said he agrees unreservedly with the development taking place at Zonqor point.
