Demon mania

Sunday, 21 June 2015, 09:07 Last update: about 10 years ago

Some Catholic priests are trying to spread alarm about a children's game called “Charlie's challenge”. These priests with a medieval mindset are as fascinated with demons as the children who play the game.

What bothers the priests most is the fact that two pencils are arranged in the shape of a cross. If the pencils had been parallel to each other, they wouldn’t be so upset.

Thanks to Pope Francis, Satan is in vogue again! To paraphrase Thomas Paine in The Age of Reason, “Christianity does Satan wondrous honour”. Despite their “redemption” by Christ, and despite their baptism, Catholic children can easily summon demons from hell by placing two pencils across each other!"
