Dhalia continues to emphasise importance of training for all estate agents

Dhalia Real Estate Services dedicates plenty of time and resources towards training all consultants and managers, in order to ensure that their local service is up to the expected standards of foreigners and locals alike.

Dhalia's Human Resource Executive, David Dingli, explained that whilst training is sometimes viewed as a costly endeavour, it is a fundamental part of a successful business and the benefits far outweigh the initial costs.

Training at Dhalia has been given top priority and has transformed from scheduling occasional events into an ongoing process, as it is clear that for significant improvement, training must be consistent and updated.

"The most common reasons for inadequate training are lack of time, lack of money, an unsuccessful training event and the notion that people are experienced enough and do not need training. At Dhalia, we make time through planning, we cut costs elsewhere to budget for training, we understand that training is a long term process and improvement takes place over time and finally, we believe in delivering continuous training, even to our top sales consultants," Mr Dingli explained.

He continued to emphasise the necessity for training due to the fact that it is an otherwise unregulated industry, which makes training a crucial aspect towards service excellence and the attendance of all consultants is encouraged in order for them to excel in their field of business.
